South West Area Contracts Manager

Due to our continued success and in line with our planned growth plan we now have a requirement to employ a projects and maintenance focused Contracts Manager. The ideal candidate will be based within the South West Region, preferably within easy commuting distance of our Bristol office. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience within the maintenance, housing and (or) project markets.

Site Supervisor/Working Foreman

We are actively seeking a new site supervisor/working foreman to manage our newly acquired project works within the Midlands. Our current projects range from £45,000.00 - £180,000.00 and the new role will entail the complete control of all labour (including sub-contractors) as well as ensuring that all materials are sourced accordingly. The role calls for good client and man management skills as the position is key to the successful control from conception through to the conclusion of our projects.

Sub-Contract Teams Required

in line with our sustained growth we now have a requirement to increase and update our existing Approved Sub-contractors Data-base. Sub-contractors, across all building fabric trades, are invited to apply for inclusion onto our approved list and if successful will be considered on our on-going and future tender lists.
