GAJ (P&RM)

Welcome to GAJ (P&RM). The P&RM division was founded in 2001 as a result of increasing enquiries from GAJ Construction's current clientéle for a small works and building maintenance service. It was realised that there was a requirement from our existing client base for special projects which encompassed rapid commencement and completion. Another repetitive enquiry was for general building fabric maintenance which has seen our maintenance department grow from conception to an established corporate division.

We have rapidly gained an excellent reputation as a quality client focused company who excel within our respective markets. We strive to provide a "hands on" personnal service to our clients and pride ourselves in our attention to detail.

With a turnover approaching £3 million we have an established management infrastructure working alongside our direct and sub-contract labour force to service our core client portfolio. We are planning over the next two years to realise a 30% year on year business development growth.

Our main activities are in the commercial and industrial markets although we do undertake projects within the private market sectors. We have successfully undertaken projects and maintenance activities for schools, colleges, industrial units, housing association as well as general maintenance term contracting.
