Building Fabric Maintenance
Our Planned & Reactive Maintenance division is designed to provide our clients with full 24 hour cover twelve months of the year. Planned Maintenance can be structured to be conversant with all of our clients individual needs. It is important that our clients business suffers the minimal amount of disruption. GAJ (P&RM) offers a fully manned help desk, our dedicated staff will record the problem and advise as to the action needed and designate one of our engineers to deal with your problem. In addition to this service we offer a 24 HOUR EMERGENCY call out facility designed to protect our clients interests 24 hours a
day, seven days a week.
Manned Sites - We can provide skilled engineers to give immediate cover to any problem on a full time 24/7 basis. This service could, should there be a requirement, allow an engineer to be based on site to give full cover during normal working hours.
Planned/Phased Maintenance - Our engineers can also be programmed to attend site on a weekly or monthly basis at agreed times to ensure the smooth running of the building in question. This service can be as flexible as our clients require.
Reactive Maintenance - Our reactive maintenance service cover is designed as a call out service, which again can be programmed to the requirements of our clients needs. Our reactive response times can be varied to suit of clients needs but generally fall into one of the following categories - 4 Hour, 8 Hour, 24 Hour, and 48 Hour Call Outs.
Clients - GAJ undertake maintenance work for national as well as local clients i.e. National Children' Homes, YMCA, Connexions, H&M Hennes Stores, Key Personnel, Warwick School.
