GAJ (P&RM) Divisions

Due to the diverse nature of our business we have dissected our Company into specific divisions, each division can therefore dedicate their respective expertise and resources to the field in which they excel. Our divisions are classified as follows: -

Maintenance Division
General building fabric planned and reactive maintenance. Order values ranging from £40.00 to £10,000.00.

Housing Division
General day to day call out repairs work, coupled with regular housing based project work. Order values ranging from £40.00 to £10,000.00.

Special Project Works
Building fabric project works ranging from £10,000.00 - to £350,000.00.

Insurance Repairs Division
Specialist division which undertakes subsidence, fire & flood and
general building fabric insurance related repairs. Order values ranging
from £2,000.00 to £200,000.00.
