• New Two Storey Offices at Tamworth for Sibson Mill Properties c£1.4m

This is the first phase of 5 new high spec office units for Sibson Mill Properties. The Spec is designed to attract blue chip companies to Tamworth along with the geographical location. We won this contract in Tender but the client has indicated a wiliness to further negotiate the following units

• Plot one Abingdon for Standard Life c£2.5m

GAJ completely refurbished internally and externally this 1980's office unit comprising Central TV who were in occupation throughout the contract. The finished offices are now ready for occupation on time and under budget.
