The projects undertaken here have tended to be large "one-off" private dwellings, but more recently we have moved into the social housing market with great success with Focus Housing completing 3 high quality developments.

• Focus Housing Daimler Green Coventry :

This new build mixed development of offices and living accommodation was completed in 48 weeks to budget and on time. In challenging conditions and using new methods of construction this housing corporation funded project is a flag ship for Focus Housing in this area of regeneration.

• Refurb and new build Staffordshire :

This project for a private client involving a listed Vicarage was constructed to exacting detail requiring many alterations and renovation to arrive at a sympathetic restoration and matching new build additions.

Caldecote Hall Nuneaton :

Caldecote Hall is a splendid gentleman's residence transformed into luxury apartments for sale. From its beautiful setting in Warwickshire this fire damaged historic building is again regaining its grandeur.
