GAJ Supply Chain Overview

GAJ is committed to meet the needs of their clients by working closely with it’s supply chain, and to this end has focussed efforts on monitoring the competence and performance of the subcontract base, in particular.  To aid this, the Company has been involved in the development of a bespoke supply chain software package, which monitors and records:

  • Health & Safety Competence
  • Financial Competence
  • Quality of Performance
  • Quality of Finished Product
  • Adherence to Programme
  • Best Value

In keeping with best practice, the Company aims to maintain and develop relationships with the top performing companies.

Becoming Part of the GAJ Supply Chain

To comply with the Quality Assurance standards set by the Company, any supplier or subcontractor wishing to join the GAJ approved suppliers list should understand the following protocols which are in place:

  • Pre-Tender Quotations may be sought from any source, however, the Company will favour the use of trusted suppliers and subcontractors.
  • No orders will be awarded to new suppliers or subcontractors until QA Application Form (downloadable from this website – see link) has been vetted and approved.
  • For key subcontract trades GAJ will require Pre Order Interviews to be held to ensure that all parties are fully aware of the scope of works, programme, attendances and any special site restrictions.
